FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises treatment of potato tubers prior to planting with an aqueous solution of the biologically active agent by spraying. The biologically active agent is used as liquid phase biological substance obtained from the fermentation of peat-manure mixture for 5 days at a component ratio of 50:50 with adding the wood ash in an amount of 3 wt%, followed by extraction of the resulting product which active principle is biocenosis of microorganisms including ammonifying ones in an amount of 2.8×109-3×109 CFU/ml, amyloclastic in an amount of 4×109-4.5×109 CFU/ml, and phosphate-mobilizing in an amount of 1.7×109-2×109 CFU/ml, the nutrition elements for plants, including P2O5 and K2O in an amount of up to 9.0 and 10.0 g/l, respectively, and also biologically active forms of trace elements - Mg, Zn, Mn and Fe. The potato tubers are sprayed with the liquid phase biological substance of 10% concentration at a consumption rate of 50 liters per ton of potatoes 24 hours before planting.
EFFECT: improvement of quality and low cost environmentally friendly products.
