FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to fodder production and may be used in the process of silage preparation of wilted galega oriental mass. The method envisages wilting mown plants of galega oriental, milling the wilted mass and introduction of a complex biopreparation with 3% concentration into the wilted milled mass in an amount of 0.3% of the weight of the wilted galega oriental milled mass. Then the silage mass is compressed and isolated from air access. The complex biopreparation is represented by a liquid-phase bioremedy produced by way of fermentation (during 5 days) of peat-manure mixture at the components ratio of 50×50 with addition of wood ash in an amount of 3 wt % and subsequent extraction of the produced product. The active ingredient of the liquid-phase bioremedy is represented by a microbiocenosis where content of lactic acid bacteria is 7×108…2×109 CFU/ml; of total sugars - 0.03% of the liquid-phase bioremedy total weight while strength of catalase and invertase enzymes contained is 0.15…0.25 cm3O2/ml/min and 0.15…0.3 mg/glucose/ml/day accordingly.
EFFECT: invention implementation allows to produce a cheap and effective preparation ensuring high silage quality and reducing prime cost of livestock products.
