SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied to electrical engineering. Device comprises network terminals, mains voltage control three-phase relay with normally closed contacts, three voltage control relays, each of which is equipped with one normally open and one normally closed contact, single-phase current buses, first of which is connected to network with normally open contacts, and second one is with normally closed contacts of said relays, voltage control relay on of single-phase current buses with one normally open and one normally closed contact, balancing device, made in form of toroidal slotted transformer, containing made on external core input part, including first branch, connected to single-phase current first bus, second branch, composed of in-series connected common capacitor and vertical winding, connected to single-phase current second bus, and third branch, containing horizontal winding and connected to single-phase current second bus, wherein ends of all branches are connected in common point, and output part made on internal, coaxial to external, core, containing Y-connected three-phase winding, wherein said winding is connected to network lines at terminals input for load connection by normally open contacts of control voltage relay on single-phase current buses, and said relay normally closed contacts are connected in network lines break between balancing device input and output parts.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of voltage balancing accuracy at phase breakage.
