FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises network terminals, three minimum voltage relays with two NO contacts and one NC contact monitoring the voltage in the network phases separately, a phase-forming device, and terminals for connecting the load, a three-phase relay of monitoring all phases simultaneously, equipped with one three-phase NO contact and one three-phase NC contact. The phase-forming device is made in the form of a phase number converter according to the type of an electric machine with a retarded rotor comprising an input part made up of the first and the second winding and a capacitor. Said windings are located in the grooves of the inner core, and an output part containing an outer core coaxial with the inner one, in the grooves of which an output three-phase winding connected into a star is located, and a three-branch parallel circuit is made from the NC and NO contacts of the three minimum voltage relays. The beginning of each branch is the phase, the middle is the serial connection of the opening contacts of the relay of neighboring phases and the NO contact of the relay of the own phase, and the end of each branch is the common connection point of all branches. The end of the first winding of the input part of the phase number converter is connected to the beginning of the second winding, and their common point is connected to the zero wire, the end of the second winding is connected to the second output of the condenser, the first output of which is connected to the beginning of the first winding, and their common point is connected to the common connection point of all branches. The NO contact of the three-phase relay is connected to the splitting of all network phases between the network terminals and the load connection terminals, and the NC contact of said relay is connected between the outputs of the three-phase winding of the output part of the phase number converter and the load connection terminals, respectively.
EFFECT: increasing the network voltage quality at breaking of any two phases.
