FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device contains terminals A, B, C and 0, three voltage monitoring relays with closing and opening contacts, three compensating capacitors, three phase-shifting chokes, a precision balancing device and terminals for connecting the load. In this case, the mains of terminals are connected to an alternating current source, each relay is connected to the phase voltage between the same phase and the zero wire, each capacitor is connected to a line voltage between the previous phase and the recovered phase chokes are included in the phase matching between the mains terminals and the load connection terminals. Outputs of these inductors are connected to the phases of the primary three-phase winding of the input part of the fine – similar in design to an electric AC machine with a blocked rotor comprising an inner core with grooves in which the primary winding is located, and an external, coaxial internal core, in whose slots a secondary three-phase winding is located, the phases of which are connected to the terminals for connecting the load.
