DEVICE FOR HYDROMECHANICAL CONTROL OF DIRECTIONAL ROTARY DRILLING Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC E21B7/06

Abstract RU 2612403 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device is relevant to using in drilling of inclination-tilt- and horizontally directional of intervals when constructing wells. The device includes tubular housing; pusher; tubular shaft; presser chamber; guided pins; plunger equipped with guide track, which consists of first, second and third interconnected guiding parts for gearing of guided pins; the first shifting tool, which shifts plunger; coupling; cams, which are set on coupling; slots, which are fixedly mounted into tubular housing and intended for gearing with cams; the second shifting tool intended for movement of coupling into gearing position; cams and slots gear each other in this position; cams and slot are manufactured suitable for their disengagement from one another; the lower part of tubular housing is manufactured with bent part; tubular shaft is set suitable for axial movement inside tubular housing and consists of serially and air-tight connected bore-bit shaft, lower shaft, plunger shaft and upper shaft. Core-bit shaft is connected with lower one by force of pin-connected joint. Lower shaft is connected with plunger one with the aid of lower slotted joint. Plunger shaft acts as plunger itself and connected with upper shaft by force of upper slotted joint. Ball unit, which is suitable for axial advance together with bore-bit shaft referenced to bent part of tubular housing, is mounted between bent part of tubular housing and bore-bit shaft. Indication mechanism is set in pin-connected joint of bore-bit shaft. Plunger is set into housing provided with axial advancing. In combination with housing it forms pressure chamber, which connects with pusher under control. Inner cavity of the device formed between housing and shaft is detached from external environment with the aid of divider, which is set into housing provided with axial advancing.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of rotary tool under control.
