FIELD: drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in controlled rotary drilling of directional and horizontally directional well intervals. A device for hydromechanical control of directional rotary drilling includes a tubular body with a centralizer, pushers movably mounted on the tubular body with the ability to move, a tubular shaft mounted inside the tubular body on the upper and lower support units, an annular hydraulic chamber of the body, a central piston movably mounted in the tubular shaft, guide track, means for indicating the orientation of the tubular body relative to the tubular shaft, made in the form of at least one magnet and a Hall sensor. The tubular shaft is configured to be connected at both ends to the drill string to transmit rotational force to the drill bit. The device is equipped with an annular intermediate piston installed hermetically and with the possibility of axial movement relative to the outer surface of the tubular shaft. The cross-sectional area of the central hydraulic chamber is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the intermediate hydraulic chamber and they are hydraulically connected to each other through hydraulic channels made in the tubular shaft. The device is equipped with an annular power piston interacting with the outer surface of the tubular shaft and the inner surface of the tubular body with the possibility of axial movement and forming a hydraulic power chamber between the tubular body, the tubular shaft and the lower body seal. The throttle is freely placed inside the nozzle of the mechanism for indicating the status of the device, creating an additional pressure drop in the channel as the drilling fluid passes to the drill bit.
