FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to preventive medicine, and can be used to predict the rates of aging and evaluate the effectiveness of medical and health programs. To this end, microwave radiothermometry is carried out in a method for predicting the rates of aging. Identify aging markers in the form of thermoassimetry in the projection zones of the following organs: thyroid gland – 8 points, liver – 18 points, kidneys – 9 points on each side, spine – along the median and paravertebral lines in the cervical and chest-lumbar divisions of 48 points, joints of the knee and hip – 9 points on each side. Average temperature is obtained individually for each zone corresponding to the projection of the organ, which is taken as the standard. Compare the value of the temperature taken as the standard with the temperature at each of the points in the zone. Determine the amount of deviation with respect to the standard. If this value is 0.5 °C and less determine the functional type of thermoassimetry. At a value of 0.6–1.0 °C determine the dysfunctional type of thermoassimetry. With a score of 1.1 °C and more determine the pathological type of thermoassimetry, which corresponds to pronounced hyper- or hypothermia, characteristic of inflammatory, proliferative or degenerative-dystrophic processes, respectively. Further by the number of zones predict the rate of aging. With a functional type of thermoassimetry, physiological slow aging rate, corresponding to the calendar age and the body's ability to exercise without limitations, is predicted in all organs under study. In presence of a dysfunctional type of thermoassimetry in not more than three zones by the type of hypo- or hyperthermia predict the compensatory rate of aging corresponding to the calendar age and the ability of the organism to moderate physical loads. If there is a dysfunctional type of thermoassimetry in four or more zones, the projection of the organs predicts a moderate rate of aging, which is three years ahead of the calendar year. In the presence of a pathological type of thermoassimetry in two or more zones, an accelerated rate of aging is predicted, which is more than three years ahead of the calendar age. For the method of evaluation of the effectiveness of medical treatment programs, the aging rates are predicted by the microwave radio thermometry method according to the above method. With a decrease in thermoassimetry by 0.4 °C and more from the original evaluate the health program as an effective, and in the absence of changes in thermoassimetry indicators or their increase, the treatment and health program is assessed as ineffective.
EFFECT: inventions provide identification of persons with accelerated rate of aging and individualization of medical and recreational activities in this patient population.
