FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining expected biological age of cardiovascular system using a formula EBA CVS = (CA ind - CA mean) R2 + CA mean, where EBA CVS is the expected biological age of cardiovascular system, CA ind is the personal calendar age, CA mean is the mean calendar age of a person under study, R is the multidimensional correlation coefficient of the biological age of cardiovascular system including systolic arterial blood pressure measurement. Regression analysis techniques are used for calculating the biological age of cardiovascular system in men and women by means of formulas. Difference between the biological age of cardiovascular system and the expected biological age of cardiovascular system is found. To determine the biological age of cardiovascular system, central hemodynamics, microcirculation study and general conjunctival index, cardiac index and heart operation efficiency index are calculated. The biological age of cardiovascular system is determined from formulas: BA CVS = 0.19 SAP + 2.98 CI - 7.23 HI + 26.45 in male cases and BA CVS = 0.38 SAP + 3.07 CI - 4.77 HI - 1.24 HOEI in female cases, where BA CVS is the biological age of cardiovascular system, SAP is the systolic arterial blood pressure in mm of mercury column, CI is the conjunctival index, in points, HI is the cardiac index in l/m2, HOEI is the heart operation efficiency index in units. The difference between the biological age of cardiovascular system and the expected biological age of cardiovascular system being less than - 6.3 years, delayed cardiovascular system aging is judged to be the case. The value being between - 6.3 and 5.5 years, moderate cardiovascular system aging rate is judged to be the case. The value being greater than 5.5 years, accelerated cardiovascular system aging rate is judged to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy and objectivity level in determining the aging rate.
