FIELD: communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to network communication technologies. Device comprises: a control unit, which controls the network within its responsibility by installation of control information in the controlled communication unit (units), a policy storage unit, which holds the policy or policies for selection of the said control information, a control information to be transferred to another control device, and a unit for exchange of control information, which transmits to the other control device the control information selected by means of addressing the said policy.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of efficiency due to uniform load distribution between the first and the second control devices.
