FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a distillation column operating under vacuum, an evaporator, a condenser and a heat pump. At that, the distillation column consiss of two coaxial pipes with diameters D1 and D2, with D1>D2 and (D1-D2)/2<300 mm, with a bulk packing layer located in the gap between them. The liquid distributor on the column top has at least 800 irrigation points per one square metre of the column orifice sectional area.
EFFECT: increased productivity and reduced energy costs.
