SUBSTANCE: supercharger consists of the housing, inside which the multilayer piezoceramic elements are installed, made in the form of cylinders protected by flexible wear-resistant shells. The electrodes are connected to the control units for the excitation of oscillations. Lids with pipelines attached thereto with intake and exhaust valves are arranged at the butts of the shells. The piezoceramic elements are in the form of a cylinder placed inside the intermediate tube with double walls, the space between the walls thereof is filled with flexible hygroscopic material. Between the housing and the intermediate tube, the tubular housing with double walls is installed, the space between the walls thereof is filled with air.

EFFECT: increased pump head and efficiency.
