SUBSTANCE: device comprises piezo modules installed in a closed space, and an electric system supplying the exciting three-phase voltage to the piezo modules according to the principle, according to which, by shifting the windings in space at a certain supply of these windings with a phase shift, a travelling magnetic field is formed. The piezo modules are made in the form of three modules made up of a stack of washers of piezoelectric elements arranged in the closed space containing central and outer cavities separated from each other. Central and outer cavities of modules are connected with each other by means of hoses.

EFFECT: increased pump head, improved efficiency.
