PHYSIOTHERAPY DEVICE Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61N5/00

Abstract RU 2612802 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a section of medical equipment, namely to decimeter and centimeter wavelength devices, and can be used for treatment of pulmonary diseases, inflammatory processes, for rapid healing and painkilling of wounds, burn injuries, phlebitis, mastitis, arthritis and arthrosis, radiculitis and other diseases. The physiotherapy device consists of a power supply, control panel, a microwave generator, an operating signal generating unit, including operating frequency generators and a switch, modulator, a microwave emitter, supplemented with a feedback line comprising at least one chain with an optoelectronic detector, an amplifier, and analog-to-digital converter connected to a computer with a monitor, input into the remote control, with additional software for operation in a photoplethysmography mode containing data file "normal state-pathology" and an electronic comparator providing comparison of the current photoplethysmography signal with archive data, while the operating signal generating unit forms rectangular pulses with positive polarization of amplitude A=3V and length t=40 ms, supplied to the modulator at intervals of Dt=43 ms, 120 ms, 290 ms, 380 ms, 520 ms, with cycle duration from 8 seconds to 17 minutes, a coaxial microwave resonator with a light indicator of the active radiation area is used as the microwave emitter.

EFFECT: invention allows the diagnosis of disease and automatic selection of the optimum physiotherapy regime, which increases the effectiveness of treatment.
