FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to otorhinolaryngology, neurology and rehabilitation by methods of correctional pedagogy in medicine, and can be used in postoperative paresis and paralysis of larynx for eliminating swallowing disorders. That is ensured by corrective-pedagogical action to eliminate eating disorders of peripheral genesis, which is carried out in four stages: preparatory preoperative, preparatory postoperative stage, stage of active training and stage of reinforcement of restored skills with formation of stable stereotype of "safe" swallowing.
EFFECT: method provides effective normalization of disturbed food intake processes.
