FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: microadditives blending machine comprises a frame with a casing, inside it there are fixed in series three cylindrical tanks through which the central shaft with impellers with blades fixed on it, made for example of a round bar, square or hexagonal profile pass through them. All the cylindrical tanks have unloading windows provided with a shutter, opening by means of handles, moreover, the casing is provided with an unloading window with a flap for ready mix discharge. A hopper with flaps for loading of initial microadditives and mixture filler is installed above the casing. Microadditives blending machine drive is carried out by means of a V-belt transmission from the electric motor. The blades are made of a round bar, square or hexagonal profile, fixed to the shaft, are L-shaped and are angled relative to the shaft axis by an angle α=20…50°, and form a V-shaped funnel with an angle β= 40…100° between each other, at that, the ends of the blades are bent to the shaft at an angle γ=515°.

EFFECT: improved circulation of the mixture material in the tank, reduced components mixing duration and the quality of the mixture.
