FIELD: armature engineering; adjusting valves.

SUBSTANCE: valve consists of body equipped with inlet (42) and outlet (43) holes, seat on valve body with hole between inlet and outlet holes, valve stem passing through valve body. Valve closure (47) is connected with valve stem from one side and interacts with seat for primary sealing. Valve closure (47) has ability to move from shuttled position for fluid flow control through valve seat. Valve closure (47) comprises pressure equalizing channel within valve closure and circular channel. Joint ring is fixed within circular channel of valve closure. Valve cage (48) is placed inside valve body and has inner surface for valve closure. Gap between cage (48) and closure (47) detects secondary leakage path. Inner surface of valve cage involves multipass inner circular surface. The latter has at least first circular surface (58) and second circular surface (59) with first fillet surface (61). Second circular surface (59) as cylindrical wall is concentric for stem axis and proximal to valve closure to provide interaction for possibility of sealing with joint ring (63) thereby forming secondary seal. First circular surface (58) is arranged further from valve closure than second circular surface. There are two variants of adjusting valve performance available.

EFFECT: reduction of leakage exceeding the limits defined according to ANSI Leakage Type V; reduction of driving efforts for valve actuator.
