SUBSTANCE: proposed set of inventions relates to defence technology, in particular, to the system of guided weapons and guided missiles with homing heads. In the known method of missile placing into track initiation area comprising missile launch along the ballistic trajectory to a predetermined height, calculating of angular coordinates of the missile - target line, according to which before radiation capture from the target control command UY, UZ in vertical and horizontal control channels are formed, which are proportional to the missile - target line angular velocity, the new is the fact that simultaneously with the calculation of the missile - target line angular coordinates the difference between the calculated angular coordinate lY in a vertical plane and a desired angle lTP of the access to the horizontal plane on the track initiation zone by the homing head is determined and the demand which is proportional to the angular difference is added to the formed control demand in the vertical channel UY : (IY-ITP)xKL where KL is a proportionality coefficient determined according to the process stability conditions of the line missile - target angle position regulation. The proposed device includes a series-connected computer unit, the first subtract unit, the first enhancer, connected in series the second subtract unit, the second enhancer, an integrator, whose output is connected to the second input of the first subtract unit and the output of the first enhancer is connected to a first input of the second subtract unit with the second input which is connected to the output memory element. The noted device has additional connected in series constants storage unit, a switch, a third subtracter, the third amplifier, an adder, a second input coupled to an output of the first amplifier and the second input of the third subtraction unit is connected to the output of the computing unit.

EFFECT: invention increases the probability of target destruction by providing the required angle of the missile approach to the horizontal plane in the target area at the time of target radiation capture.
