Device for transporting and heating a liquid intended to be installed between a means for circulating liquid and a wiper brush constituting a wiping system of a vehicle window. Device comprises wall 21 delimiting at least one liquid circulation duct 22, 23 and in which is embedded heating element 24, 40. Material forming wall 21, completely surrounds heating element. Heating element comprises at least one first electroconductive core 25 and one second electroconductive core 26, in which there is separating means 31, common for first core 25 and second core 26 and which is located at least between cores 25, 26. Separating means 31 is in contact with first core 25 and second core 26.
EFFECT: higher heating efficiency due to distribution of calories generated by heating elements.
