FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method involves models producing in the die moulds, models assembly into a model unit, the model block painting by gas-penetrable non-stick paint, model unit arrangement in the mould box, filling of the mould box by unjoined moulding material, its compacting by vibration, sealing and vacuuming of mould box, metal pouring. The models are produced by applying the modifiers to the prelimenary foamed expanded polystyrene raw beads, its filling to the mould together with the uncolored expandable polystyrene raw beads and final foaming. The modifiers are applied in the form of chemically curing cladding composition, consisting of weight %: nano-structured diamond powder 0.5…1.0; periclase 1.5…2.0; aqueous solution of aluminoboriumphosphatic - the rest. The modifiers application is performed by injecting the aerosol of cladding composition into the fluidized bed of expandable polystyrene raw beads with a specific rate (1…4)×10-3 kg/c⋅m2.

EFFECT: increase of physical and mechanical and casting properties of alloys and castings.
