SUBSTANCE: support member is pressed and the predetermined stress level is maintained by a feedback signal. Isometric force value is recorded. The involuntary component of this effort is selected, limb oscillation frequency is determined. At that, the involuntary component of the effort is selected for each measurement process gradation: - in the beginning, middle and end, as the difference between the current set value according to gradations from weak to strong and its average value. In terms of frequency, amplitude and oscillation shape of the selected involuntary isometric force components the functional state of the central nervous system is determined in each gradation. The method is implemented by a device which comprises an ADC, a calculator, means of information displaying, stimuli and range setting units. The measuring units, which include a support member, a strain-element, differential and integrating amplifiers, a gradation forming element and a threshold element.
EFFECT: invention improves diagnosis accuracy, which is achieved due to additional introduction of range setting, gradation forming element and threshold element for range assessment into the unit to determine force parameters in each measuring graduation.
