SUBSTANCE: in the embodiment of the present invention there is a control method and system for an intelligent terminal device to solve problems with labour-consuming hand operations and with the wear of the switch, connector and headset interface facility, caused by frequent mechanical effect. The method includes establishment of a wearing state for a headset receiver, connected to an intelligent terminal device including a put-on and took-off state, and management of the application execution status in the intelligent terminal device and/or of the mode of intelligent terminal device in accordance with the receiver wearing state.
EFFECT: increased service life of the mechanical part of the headset, and energy saving for the intelligent terminal device.
