SUBSTANCE: banknotes depositing/dispensing assembly (10) has: opening/closing unit (94), which moves shutter (24) in opening direction and closing direction; actuating unit (96), having driving force; latching gear (48), which serves as reduction gear unit, which drives opening/closing unit (94) by means of actuation unit (96) driving force transfer to opening/closing unit (94) by means of contact with actuation unit (96) and by opening/closing and rotation unit (94); and shutter locking/unlocking unit (98), which, by means of contact with reduction gear and gear unit rotation restriction restricts opening/closing unit (94) operation and locks shutter (24) so, that shutter (24) is not moving, and on other side, by means of setback from reduction gear and gear assembly rotation release opens locking so, that to move opening/closing unit (94) and move shutter (24).
EFFECT: disclosed are device with shutter and transactions with carriers performing device, having improved protection.
