SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of flat paper carriers, for example banknotes. Carriers processing device includes a drum, a main belt, a main reel for winding the tape, a first belt roller, a second belt roller, and a media transport guide. Carrier conveying guide comprises a movable guide. Movable rail is able to move in coordination with the diameter of the drum for positioning at any time between the transport guide and the drum. Movable guide guides the transported bill between the transport guide and the drum.
EFFECT: transport reliability is provided, twisting of banknotes is eliminated, contact of banknotes with parts of the device is minimized.
