SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to processing media, such as banknotes. Media processing device comprises a drum of cylindrical shape, frame, guide, supporting part, a control knob and cover of knob. Supporting part supports the guide, to guide can be switched between closed and open state. Cover of knob is in covering state at closed guide state and revealing state at open state of the guide. Control knob is located on the side surface of the frame and adapted to transmit torque applied from outside to the drum.
EFFECT: provided to prevent of damage to equipment and carriers during maintenance operations.
