SUBSTANCE: method is based on DQ2 and DQ8 genes detection, assessment of the specific antibodies level and intestinal atrophy extent. The occurrence frequency of 0201 allel in the DQ locus is determined, at the occurrence frequency from 2 to 3, development of severe Gee's disease with intestinal atrophy Marsh III is predicted.

EFFECT: method is simple, informative and highly reproducible for determination of genetic predisposition to more severe Gee's disease, it allows effective prediction of Gee's disease extent, which provides indication of the possible mucosa recovery terms.
