SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to epidemiology. DNA is separated from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood, HLA-typing is performed. If in genotype DRB1*07, DQB1*09, DQB1*02 specificities are detected, risk of cyst echinococcosis in examined person is predicted. If DQB1*05 specificity is detected resistance to the disease is predicted.
EFFECT: application of invention detects predisposition and resistance to cyst echinococcosis in children with high accuracy.
