FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: uncovered is a modified calcium-phosphate coating on titanium implant with dripped pharmacological preparation in amount of: cytostatic agent 5-fluorouracil 0.25 mg/cm2, or antibiotic vancomycin 1.5 mg/cm2, or antiviral preparation interferon-alpha-2b 0.5×106 IU/cm2, which is a two-level porous structure with a rough surface, wherein the calcium-phosphate compounds are represented by an amorphous phase of calcium-phosphate in amount of 92 vol.% and crystalline phases of monetite and beta-calcium pyrophosphate in amount of 8 vol.%, coating has internal and surface porosity equal to 35-42% and 15-30% respectively. Also disclosed is a method of producing a coating on a titanium implant.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides the accelerated osteointegration of the implant into the bone tissue, and the pharmacological preparation introduced into the coating provides an additional therapeutic action at the implantation site, thereby reducing the risk of postoperative complications.
