SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing reinforced stiffening element comprises forming two channels or angles, each of which comprises a cylindrical surface connecting the walls and legs of channe or or legs of angles, base and insert performed by winding filaments impregnated with a binder, which are the reinforcing basis for the composite material. Winding is performed on a drum having a groove with a cross-section similar to the cavity formed by two cylindrical surfaces and the base. After filling the groove, the insert is cut and placed in the said cavity, the base set is installed, the parts are compressed parts, and curing is carried out.
EFFECT: winding use for insert manufacture reduces the complexity of the insert obtaining process and the cost of the whole product.
