FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building, in particular to the stiffening elements from composite materials reinforcing techniques. Technical result is achieved by the reinforced stiffener from a composite material manufacturing method, which includes two channels or angles formation, each of which contains cylindrical surface connecting the channel walls and flanges or the angles, base and insert flanges. Insert is made by the binder impregnated threads winding, which is the composite material reinforcing base, onto a drum having groove in the shape of the cavity formed by the base and cylindrical surfaces. Then removing the insert from the groove and placing into the cavity between the cylindrical surfaces and the base. Performing all the parts assembly, applying force compressing all the parts, and performing curing. Wherein the insert is made by winding on a drum having the groove in the form of spiral. At that, in the groove there is plurality of threaded holes for the two pins mounting certain length, between which the insert of desired length winding is performed. Insert from the groove removal is carried out by the insert releasing from the pins after the groove filling with impregnated with the binder threads.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction in the production preparation time and costs.
