COUPLING WITH THE UNIVERSAL SELF-CENTERING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC F16D3/52

Abstract RU 2613931 C2

FIELD: machine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: coupling with universal self-centering system includes a brake gear and a universal self-centering system. The said system comprises an input shaft, outer and inner bases, rollers, gears, or rotation sprockets which are interconnected with a closed rope, chain or a belt. An input shaft is connected to an external base and coincides with the direction of movement of the based on the inner shaft. Coaxially with external base gears, different diameter gears are fixed transmitting the torque to the brake gear, which consists of two coupled gears of different diameters. Torque from the input shaft to the brake gear is transmitted by shifting the shaft axis on the inner base relative to the outer base axis.

EFFECT: simplified design.
