SUBSTANCE: system contains: electric power transmission coil; conversion unit which converts electrical energy supplied at the electrical power transmission side and outputs the electrical energy in the electric power transmission coil; controller at the electric power transmission side that controls the conversion unit; electric power receiving coil that receives an electric power from the electric power transmission coil in a contactless manner by at least a magnetic coupling and supplies the electric power into the load electrically connected to the electric power receiving coil; smoothing unit which smooths the electric power received by electric power reception coil; a sensor which detects a current flowing in the smoothing unit or the voltage of smoothing unit; and a controller for electric power reception side that receives the detection value of the sensor. The controller at the electric power transmission side transmits information from the electric power transmission side to the side of electric power reception by controlling the current value or the time of the outgoing current output in electric power transmission coil from the conversion unit, and controller at the electric power receiving side receives the information by obtaining the encoded values from the detection values.
EFFECT: ensuring the transfer of information between the electric power transmission and reception sides without the need for a separate communication coil.
