The friction element (91b) comprises aged layer (91d) in outermost external layer, and a reinforced layer (91e) with adjoining to the internal side of the aged layer (91d) through thickness of the friction element (91b). The sliding surface (93b) of the metal element (93) has a plurality of slots (95) and repositioned film (97) of the aged layer (91d) of the friction element (91b), repositioned and adhered to the internal part of slots (95) via sliding between the friction element (91b) and the metal element (93).
