FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to vehicle clutches. Double friction clutch includes housing (1), drive shaft (2), concentric in external (5, 7) and inner (6, 8) friction disks packages (3, 4). Packages (3, 4) are controlled by pistons (9, 13) of single-cavity boosters (17, 18) with application of working agent of different type. Rim (25) is connected with flange (20) and is located above guide (21), inside which central wheel (29) is installed. Rim (25) and wheel (29) have radial holes (26, 31) at sections (27, 32). In hollows of crowns (28, 30) opposite to holes (26, 31) there are trapezoid projections (33, 34) of outer disks (5, 7) with radial channels (39, 51) and internal disks (6, 8) with oil channels (42, 54) on friction pads. Separate protrusions (33, 34) of each disc (5, 7) are made with two sections (35, 47) of trapezoidal profile reduced in width, divergent in opposite directions and located opposite each other. Sections (35, 47) are installed in packages (3, 4) with thrust of their edges (36, 48) in end surfaces of ledges (33, 34) of disks (5, 7), projections (37, 49) of disks (10 and 14), projections (38, 50) of pistons (9 and 13) and projections (40, 52) of disks (11, 15). Disks (6, 8) are engaged with rims (43, 55) of drums (44 and 56). Drums (44, 56) are connected to splined bushings (45, 57).
EFFECT: enabling expansion of control capabilities and improvement of operational parameters.
