FIELD: aircraft industry. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to fuel systems of aircraft engines. Method consists in treating surface to be cleaned with ozone followed by rinsing it with heated oxygen-containing solvent and heated aqueous alkali solution and is distinguished by that, prior to be rinsed, surface is additionally treated with heated aqueous oxidant solution and, when being treated with aqueous alkali solution, corrosion inhibitor is added. EFFECT: enhanced cleaning efficiency and suppressed accompanying corrosion processes. 5 cl, 2 dwg
