FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a battery compartment of an electrical device. Battery compartment of an electrical device, primarily a hand-held distance meter, is configured for detachable installation into an electrical device. Battery compartment has at least one compartment for holding an energy accumulating element and at least one contact element for its electrical connection with electrical device. In battery compartment there is an interface for communication with external object. There is also an electrical device with a battery compartment and system, consisting of at least one electrical device.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures easy access to batteries and communication module, so that they can easily be extracted and re-inserted into holder.
