SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for distribution and arrangement of telecommunication cables and to components of cable terminal devices. Telecommunication device (10, 210) includes frame (20, 220) for installation onto fibre-optic conduit (104, 106, 206). Frame (20, 220) comprises main body (22, 222) limiting at least one opening (24, 26), which receives connection module (60, 260). Frame (20, 220) includes several cantilever parts (40, 240) extending across main body (22), herewith one or several cantilever parts (40, 240) have two parallel projections (42) each separated by slot (44). On frame (20, 220) in slots (138) on the cable conduit system element there are fasteners (34).
EFFECT: invention provides efficient distribution and arrangement of cables in massive cable layout.
