SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used for fibre-optic communication. A multi-mode optical fibre transmission line is connected in series to a section of optical fibre, divided into sections and optical fibre is bent on each section, wherein the section of optical fibre is connected at the far end of the fibre-optic transmission line, and the number of sections, number bends or coils of the optical fibre at each section and radius of the bends of the optical fibre at each section are selected based on the condition of minimum differential mode-dependent delay at the output of the fibre-optic transmission line.
EFFECT: reduced differential mode-dependent delay of multi-mode fibre-optic line in low-mode transmission conditions.
