TRANSISTOR GENERATOR Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H03B5/12

Abstract RU 2614570 C1

FIELD: physics, instrument-making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conversion equipment and can be used in different technological processes which use ultrasonic vibrations. The transistor generator comprises a power rectifier, connected through an LC filter to an inverter with an output transformer, and a control system with a command device. The generator is provided with a limiting resistor, controlled by an ac switch, an AND circuit and an OR circuit, two high-frequency rectifiers, as well as two additional coils of the output transformer of the inverter. The limiting resistor is connected in the input circuit of the power rectifier, the controlled ac switch is connected in parallel to the resistor, wherein the control input of said switch is connected to the output of the AND circuit, one input of which is connected through the first high-frequency rectifier to the first additional coil of the output transformer, and the second input is connected to the second input of the OR circuit and the START signal line.

EFFECT: invention is characterised by high reliability of operation of the transistor generator on a wide-range and abruptly variable process load.
