SUBSTANCE: pull-on article of clothing (1) comprises outer cover (3) creating external surface of the article of clothing, wherein both edge parts of the lateral sides of the outer cover in the front F segment and both edge parts of lateral sides of the outer cover in the rear R segment are connected to each other to make one pair of side seals (4), waist hole (8) and one pair of leg openings (9). Each side seal (4) includes edge part of seal (41), wherein edge part (3F) of outer cover (3) in the front F segment and edge part of outer cover (3) in the rear R segment are connected to each other by means of continuous linear fused part (40), passing in longitudinal direction of side seal (4). In cross section, perpendicular to the direction of side seal (4), fused part (40) comprises narrow section (4F) that is formed in its middle part in thickness direction Q and has small width W in the direction from inside to outside P.

EFFECT: narrow section (4F) includes wide sections (4A, 4B) which are located on both sides of narrow section (4F) in thickness direction Q and with width W of more than width of narrow section (4F).
