SUBSTANCE: outer covering (3) includes a laminate of stretchable sheet (30) containing elastic fibres and non-elastic fibres, and a non-stretchable sheet containing no elastic fibres. Thickness of side seal (4) is greater in comparison with the thickness of sections other than the side seal (4), in front side part (F) and rear side part (R), respectively, which constitute the side seal.
EFFECT: at outside end surface (40) there is formed smooth area (35) in which outside end surface (40) of side seal (4) is smooth, elastic fibres being present in smooth area (35).
