FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: flap turning angle limiter with a hook on the left cover and a reference hole on the right cover relates to bolts and other locking devices, in particular to devices for limiting the opening of doors and flaps and locking them in an open position. This flap turning angle limiter comprises a plate with a slot adapted for hinge joint, and a hook at the end of the locking bolt with the possibility of longitudinal motion and passing through the plate slot and turning. The handle is rigidly mounted on a bolt placed in a guiding housing, which has a twisting notch consisting of a transverse bore and longitudinal bores connected with its edges, wherein the longitudinal bores are located in the opposite direction from the transverse bore allowing the bolt handle to move along themselves. There are longitudinal protrusions on the plate side facing the bolt. A rack ratchet mechanism is made on the plate and comprises of a rack gear made in one of the slot longitudinal edges, and a pawl equipped with a release handle which is arranged with the possibility of squeezing out of the toothed recess and moving along the slot between the left and the right covers placed on both plate sides. The sides overlap with both slot longitudinal edges and are connected to each other for moving together with each other and with the pawl along the slot. The left cover has a hook designed for engaging a bracket rigidly attached to the guiding housing. The right cover has a reference hole which the hook can pass through after passing through the slot and engaging the cover or the plate when turned. And the left cover holds an auxiliary hole through which the release handle comes out of it, wherein the hook length exceeds the width of the longitudinal protrusion. The pawl can be spring-loaded towards the rack gear or made springy.
EFFECT: increased reliability.
