FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for crushing by drum mills at mining plants. Noise is registered by a microphone. Signal is amplified, converted into an analogue one and rendered. Microphone signal after amplification is filtered. Noise frequency spectrum generated in the drum during loading with ore mass and crushed bodies is enhanced. Signal is converted in an amplitude detector and a comparator. Signal is compared in the comparator with reference voltage levels of different mill loading modes. Output corrected signal is amplified up to the value of activation of visualization and indication means in the form of light-emitting diodes. Activation of visualization means depends on the value of a signal proportional to the mill load. Microphone signal is converted into an analogue control signal with the help of an amplitude detector and a voltage-controlled current source. Standardized signal value is 4.0–20.0 mA. Signal value of 20.0 mA corresponds to noise without loading. Signal value of 4.0 mA corresponds to background noise at full stop. Proportional to the load analog signal is transmitted to a PID-controller. PID-controller generates a control signal for drives of actuating mechanisms of water and ore supply to the mill.
EFFECT: invention provides control over the crushing process.
