SUBSTANCE: installations for the separation of oil-water emulsions into oil and water phases. A unit for separating production fluid, which consists of a horizontally located pipe, in the upper part of which pipes for oil and gas extraction are installed, in the lower part - pipes for water drainage. Inside the housing there is a device for adhesive initialization of the coalescence of drops or bubbles of oil products, made in the form of hydrophobic plates located at a positive angle to the horizon of 2-4°.
EFFECT: increasing efficiency by reducing the dispersion of the hydrocarbon phase.
