FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: torsional vibrations generator contains the housing 8, the platform 3, the jet disk 10, the main torsion bar, divided into two unequal parts, the nodal point 7 of the the main torsion parts connection, electromagnetic system 6. The generator is equipped with an additional torsion bar 1. The long part 2 of the main torsion is connected to the platform. The reactive disk 10 is located at the short part end 9 of the torsion bar. The nodal point 7 is rigidly connected to the housing 8. The torsion excitations is implemented by the additional torsion bar 1, connected with one end to the long part end 2 of the main torsion by means of platform 3, and with the other - to the electromagnetic exposure system 6 to the additional torsion 1.
EFFECT: providing of mixing homo- and heterogeneous multi-component liquid products with high viscosity, mixing the high-viscosity liquids and powders with simultaneous grinding of powders upto the nanosizes in the mixing components medium.
