FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: hammer-type shredder comprises a cylindrical body with a loading hopper and an unloading window, a rotor with hammers gimbal-mounted by pins, shearing ribs. The rotor is positioned coaxially to the body, shearing ribs having a rectangular shape in cross-section are fixed in front of the loading neck and behind it before the unloading window, perpendicular to the rotor axis in the gaps between the motion trajectories of hammers. Sieve with holes made in the form of a truncated cone is positioned opposite the unloading window, while a tool for oriented feeding of agricultural production grocery group processing waste is mounted at the neck of the loading hopper, representing a cylinder with four grooves, which opposite sides are turned relative to each other. The working surface of hammers is divided into straight percussion section and section of waste overtail in the form of involute.
EFFECT: reduced energy intensity.
