SUBSTANCE: construction of the variable strapdown inertial heading reference is provided on the high accuracy sensors (the errors of the angular velocity sensors not more than 0.6°/hour; the errors of the linear acceleration sensors not more than 0.006 m/s2) without using the external information. This provides the automatic starting and heading exhibition, the error write-off of the angular velocity sensors directly before the flight and the periodic correction of the angular velocity sensors during the flight, as well as the use of the quaternion calculations.
