FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: brewing unit including a brewing chamber containing the first axis and adapted to receive a sealed capsule of the brewing material; a sealing piston made able to move along the second axis and from the sealing position, thus sealing the brewing chamber; the first unloading device configured to move along the brewing chamber for at least partial pushing the capsule out of the brewing chamber; the second unloading device configured to move relative to the brewing chamber to get in contact with the said at least partially pushed out capsule and to unload it to the outside; and a housing for brewing, which forms the brewing chamber, supports the first unloading device and is made with the possibility of oscillating near the third axis perpendicular to the first and the second axes, between the first position, where the first and the second axes coincide, and the second position, where the first and the second axes extend on opposite sides of the second unloading device.

EFFECT: proposed is a brewing unit for brewed drinks vending machines.
