SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes dental system for processing of tooth to remove one or more predefined parts of tooth structure (versions), dental instrument for use with removable device for directing of dental instrument, dental pad for temporary installation in patient's oral cavity to direct dental instrument (versions) with tooth processing element for removing part of tooth structure from tooth, when removing preset part of structure of working tooth to be removed from working tooth to be treated, method of processing of working tooth to be processed in patient's oral cavity by removing parts of structure of working tooth from working tooth, dental system for removal of preset part of structure of tooth to be treated in patient's oral cavity, and is applicable in dentistry. Dental system for processing of tooth to remove one or more predefined parts of tooth structure comprises dental instrument for removal of parts in oral cavity and pad for temporary installation in patient's oral cavity. Dental instrument comprises multiple guide ledges for use with pad fitted above or near tooth to be treated. Pad comprises cutting pattern for use with dental tool to limit movement of dental instrument during operation to limit removal of tooth structure of one or more predetermined parts of tooth to be removed. Template for cutting contains one or more of following: (a) plurality of sets of neighboring guiding walls, wherein both adjacent guiding walls in each set of guiding walls are made for contact with guide ledge separate from guide ledges of plurality of guide ledges of dental instrument to limit its movement and limitation of removal of tooth structure of one or more predetermined parts of tooth to be removed; and (b) receiving part, coupled hinged or sliding with pad and configured to hold dental instrument and attached to it, wherein when dental instrument is attached to receiving part, it is limited by its movement in relation to treated tooth, and removal of tooth structure is limited by one or more predetermined parts of tooth to be removed.
EFFECT: invention enables to prepare tooth and determine its restoring part in one visit to dentist.
