SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for use in dental treatment and prosthetics and includes: a patch for directing a dental cutting tool when removing a predetermined tooth structure to be treated, a dental cutting tool (versions), system for use by a dentist when removing a predetermined tooth structure from a tooth to be treated (versions), and a set of patch pieces. Patch for directing the dental cutting tool when removing a predetermined tooth structure from the tooth to be treated comprises: an inner surface, a first guide edge and a second guide edge. Dental cutting tool is formed to grip at least one of the overlay guide edges. System for use by a dentist when removing a predetermined tooth structure from a tooth to be treated, comprises an incision and a dental cutting tool. Set of pads comprises: a first strap having a shape and dimensions for guiding, at least one dental cutting tool for cutting off at least a portion of the upper portion of the tooth; second strap, having a shape and dimensions for guiding, at least one dental cutting tool for cutting off at least a portion of the longitudinal side of the tooth; third strap, having a shape and dimensions for guiding, at least one dental cutting tool for cutting off at least a portion of the transverse side of the tooth; fourth strap, having a shape and dimensions for guiding, at least one dental cutting tool for rounding edges between longitudinal and transverse sides of tooth to be treated on one side of such tooth; and a fifth strap having a shape and dimensions to guide at least one dental cutting tool for rounding the edges between the tooth lengthwise and transverse sides, subject to treatment, on the other side of such tooth, opposite to said one side of said tooth.

EFFECT: invention enables accurate removal of damaged and/or infected tooth structure.
